I.CNC Single Torch Circumferential Welder for Hydraulic Cylinder Working principle
Its core working principle typically employs a "workpiece rotation, welding torch fixed" approach. Through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with servo drive technology, the workpiece is controlled to rotate at a uniform speed, while the welding torch performs wire feeding, arc initiation, and oscillation actions, thus completing a full circle or multiple layers/passes of automatic welding.

III. CNC Single Torch Circumferential Welder for Hydraulic Cylinder Structures
1.Clamping and positioning mechanism: Includes a three-jaw chuck, a pneumatic tailstock, and a center rest. One end of the workpiece is clamped by the spindle box chuck, and the other end is held in place by the pneumatic tailstock center, ensuring concentricity during workpiece rotation. The center rest presses the workpiece to prevent welding deviation.



2.Welding actuator (head): Equipped with a welding torch, featuring three-dimensional adjustment (up/down, left/right, forward/backward). It includes a oscillator to allow the welding torch to swing left and right to fill the bevel. Additionally, an up/down lifting mechanism precisely controls the vertical position of the welding torch to accommodate workpieces of varying thicknesses and welding process requirements.


3.Electrical control system: A PLC is used as the core control unit, coupled with a human-machine interface (touchscreen). Operators can preset welding speed, number of revolutions, oscillation parameters, and advance/delay gas supply/shutdown time via the screen.
