Hydraulic Cylinder Angle-Changing CNC Welding Machine
Used for welding horizontal or angle-changing circular seams of hydraulic cylinders. Multi-layer circular seam welding can be finished by one time ofjig, with high efficiency and automation.
Description
Main Features
- Welding torch is fixed while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal and slant.
- Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, it can be locked after adjustment.
- Workpiece is positioned by chuck, and pressed by pneumatic thimble. Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.
- The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. It is convenient to modify parameters and switch the status through the man-machine interface touch screen. Welding length, arc igniting & ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch auto lifting time, lifting distance, lifting number can be all input through the interface.
- Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.
- Welding torch oscillating mechanism and lifting mechanism are used to weld wide and multi-layer welding seams of hydraulic cylinder.
- Load and unload workpiece horizontally, workpiece will be turned over to a titling position and than be welded.

Work Process
Loading workpiece manually → clamp workpiece → pneumatically press workpiece → pneumatically feed the welding torch to the welding position → supply CO2 gas→ arc igniting → start welding → reach the given welding length, welding torch oscillates and welds multi-layer, until finish welding → arc ending → stop CO2 gas → welding torch return to origin → release workpiece → unloading workpiece manual
