Oil Port Outlet Automatic Welding Machine

Machine features:

Automatic welder for hydraulic cylinder flow outlet welding, for hydraulic Cylinder production plant. 2 axis MAG nipple welding machine.

1) Welding gun can be adjusted up and down, left and right, or by angle. Short-distance wire feeding is used to conduct the current welding gun.

2) Welding gun can rotate continuously without entangling of air pipes. The two-axis CNC machine adopts two-axis CNC system to control the machine head to rotation and move up and down. The motor is driven by an imported AC servo drive.

3) PLC is used to control the whole machine to work.

4) Large-power imported AC servo motor controls spindle revolving and the welding gun moves up and down, forward and backward, left and right, or by angle.

1.Oil port before welding:

Welding original point can be auto-detected. Machine will return to the home position after welding.

Oil port after welding:

OMRON CP-1H40CDTPLC as control core, control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, easy maintenance.
