How The fuel tank welding Line is working?
The aluminum fuel tank welding production line process is as follows: First, the plate rolling machine automatically feeds, corrects, and rolls the aluminum plate into the fuel tank body. Then, the longitudinal seam welding machine positions, presses, and automatically welds the seams of the rolled body. Next, the oil port robot welding machine completes the circumferential welding of pipe joints such as the oil inlet, oil outlet, and oil return outlet. Then, the internal partition is hydraulically pressed into the designated position by the automatic partition assembly machine, and the partition robot welding machine completes the automatic welding of the partition to the body. Finally, the end cap circumferential seam welding machine clamps the end caps, and the circumferential sealing welding of the end caps is completed by workpiece rotation and double welding gun operation, thus forming a complete automatic aluminum alloy fuel tank welding production line of "aluminum plate rolling → longitudinal seam welding of the body → oil port assembly welding → partition pressing → partition welding → end cap circumferential seam welding".
