I.Description
Double girth welding of aluminum fuel tanks is a welding process for the girth welds at the connection between the end caps and the shell of aluminum fuel tanks (usually cylindrical or elliptical). This process involves two girth welds: the shell and the front end cap, and the shell and the rear end cap.
The equipment adopts double circumferential seam synchronous welding technology, which can complete the welding of the circumferential seams at both ends of the fuel tank in one go, significantly improving efficiency and consistency.

- Dual-torch simultaneous welding: Simultaneously welds the circumferential seam on both ends of the fuel tank, improving production efficiency.

- The vacuum suction cup is mainly used to fix and position the workpiece. Its core function is to ensure that the aluminum fuel tank remains stable and without displacement during the welding process, while avoiding surface damage caused by mechanical clamping.

- Dual welding torch synchronous welding: welding the circular welds at both ends of the fuel tank at the same time to improve production efficiency.


- The rotating chuck will firmly clamp the two ends of the aluminum oil tank to avoid displacement or vibration during welding. At the same time, it will work in conjunction with the main shaft to drive the oil tank to rotate at a constant speed to achieve continuous welding of the circumferential seam.
