III.Features
1.1. The welding gun moves up and down, forward and backward in coordination with the workpiece rotation. A short-distance push-type wire feeding mechanism is used to ensure the stability of wire feeding.
2.Adopt CNC system to control 3-dimension actions of tank rotation and welding torch movement in up-down and forward-backward direction.
3.Welding torch walks out of welding seam path when the arc is burning continuously, to realize the normal welding of fuel tank square seam.
4.Using PLC and CNC system to control the above process, and improve the reliability.
5.High power AC servo motor and driver control the rotation of rotary axis and welding torch forward-backward&up-down movement.
6.The chuck of the fuel tank welding machine is a key component used to fix and clamp the fuel tank or other welding workpieces to ensure precise positioning and stability during the welding process.
7.The support frame of the fuel tank welding machine adopts an adjustable design to firmly support the welding material and ensure convenient and safe operation.
