- Dual-gun design: The equipment is typically equipped with two welding guns or two independent welding heads, allowing simultaneous circumferential welding of both ends of the cylinder or two different parts, significantly improving efficiency.
- Tilting and clamping mechanism: Through a special mechanical structure, the workpiece can be easily tilted during welding, or the equipment itself has a positioner function, ensuring that the welding gun can cover weld seams in complex locations, solving the problem of difficulty in tilting workpieces (such as cylinders) during welding.
- High degree of automation: Utilizing PLC control (such as Siemens) combined with a servo drive system, it achieves stepless adjustment of welding speed, automatic arc ignition, arc filling, and reset functions.

III.Tilting Hydraulic Cylinder Double-Ring Welding Machine Structures
- Tilting Mechansm: Installed at the bottom of the entire machine bed, driven by a hydraulic cylinder to rotate the workpiece, achieving angled welding.
- Clamping Mechanism: A movable tailstock, pushed by a cylinder to clamp the workpiece. One end of the workpiece is clamped by the spindle box chuck, and the other end is clamped by the pneumatic tailstock center, ensuring concentricity of the workpiece during rotation and preventing welding deviation.
- Rotation Mechanism: The spindle box, with a built-in servo motor and reducer, drives the workpiece to rotate.



- Welding actuator: Equipped with two independent welding torches, featuring multi-dimensional adjustment functions (up and down, left and right, angle adjustment); simultaneously, it is also equipped with an up and down lifting mechanism (to bring the welding torch to the welding position, and to control the welding torch to rise after welding for easy unloading) and a left and right swinging mechanism (to swing the welding torch left and right to fill the bevel);
- We have also installed a camera to allow real-time viewing of the welding process and results on a display screen.



- Electrical control system: A PLC is used as the core control unit, coupled with a human-machine interface (touchscreen). Operators can preset welding speed, number of revolutions, oscillation parameters, and pre-gas supply/post-gas stop time via the screen; a separate control cabinet facilitates operation.
