II.Oil Pipe and Nipple Seam Welding Machine Structure

1.For TIG nozzle welding machines, specialized positioning fixtures use a contour-following structure to precisely fix the workpiece and prevent welding misalignment; the dedicated TIG ceramic nozzle welding torch uses a constricted nozzle to increase airflow stiffness, forming a concentrated and stable arc. Together, these two components achieve precise alignment and deep penetration, effectively ensuring consistent nozzle welding quality.


2.The precision wire feeder equipped with this special machine adopts digital control and DC motor drive, which can achieve stepless speed regulation from 0 to 5 m/min and intermittent pulsed wire feeding. Its unique wire drawing and reheating function can precisely control the wire extension length, ensure consistent circumferential weld formation of the oil nozzle, and effectively avoid wire sticking and porosity defects.

3.The HMI (Human Machine Interface) touchscreen supports both graphical and touch operation, intuitively displaying welding parameters and equipment status. Operators can quickly complete program calls, parameter settings, and fault diagnosis with simple clicks, eliminating the need for complex training and effectively improving welding efficiency.

III.Oil Pipe and Nipple Seam Welding Machine Working Process
Manually loading →automatically move workpiece to welding station → welding torch falls, thimble presses workpiece tightly→ shielding gas supply→ high voltage, slow wire feed for arc igniting →torch rotation and welding → weld the set length →torch stops→ small current, low voltage for arc ending →stop supplying shielding gas→ welding torch returns to origin→ automatically move workpiece to unloading place → manual unloading.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
