III.Automatic Oil Port MAG Welding Machine for Hydraulic Cylinder Structure
1.The fixture has embedded magnets that firmly attract and position the grease nozzle, preventing it from shifting during subsequent operations. The spindle then automatically descends, moving the grease nozzle to the designated welding position, ensuring it is tightly pressed against the surface of the workpiece to be welded.


2.In this nozzle welding equipment, the system integrates an intelligent position recall function (private server slightly laborious driver) to address the characteristic of workpieces with different diameter specifications. Operators only need to pre-set the corresponding position data of the welding torch according to different diameter sizes, and the equipment can automatically match and accurately recall the position during processing, enabling the welding torch to quickly complete the left and right positioning.


3.Wire feeder: Provides adjustable and constant wire feeding speed, ensures a smooth and unobstructed wire feeding process, and can be precisely linked with the welding power source (e.g., controlling the timing of arc initiation and wire retraction). For small-sized, high-precision components such as grease nozzles, wire feeders typically employ closed-loop control and two-wheel drive designs.
