Description

Machine function
1.Automatic MIG/MAG cladding the surfacing of users workpiece with push-type wire feeder
2.There are four type cladding:Straight type surfacing , sector surfacing spiral surfacing, translational surfacing .and the pictures and video shows is translational surfacing:Welding torch is moving from left to right while workpiece is rotating to cladding one circle the move right to weld the second circle , welding position is horizontal.
3.Melts the workpiece and the welding wire through the high heat energy generated by the micro-electric instantaneous discharge, and the workpiece is not deformed or discolored after welding. No deformation after welding, less heat, no undercut, and beautiful solder joints.
4.MCGS Touch screen as the input and output interface.The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. via MCGS touch screen, it is convenient to modify the parameter and switch the status through the man-machine touch screen.
5.In order to prevent the appearance of welding pores, any rust and oil stains on the welding part must be cleaned up during cladding welding.
6.Use Japan OMRON PLC to control and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation. stable control and stable programming interface.
7.Welding torch can be adjusted forward and backward automatically from preparation position and welding position.and can automatically move from left and right to finish different position welding
8.Welding torch can adjust Three-dimensional direction(up and down,forward and backward,left and right) and angled turn to meet different size workpiece.
9.Adopt heavy duty welded machine body, Workpiece is positioned by chuck and pressed by pneumatic Moths Morse taper,Rotating synchronously.convenient and quick for centering, good concentricity, and small deformation. and supported by universal ball workpiece support
10.Work Process
10.1.Manual load the workpiece on the support workpiece and clamp on chuck and Morse taper
10.2 .Supplying shield gas automatically
10.3 Welding torch go down automatically and Completing the welding as the program,and stop shield gas automatically
10.4.Welding torch return to the original point automatically
10.5 Release the workpiece from the chuck manually
10.6. Then start from the No.1 step
II.Introduction of Equipment Structure
This machine consists of head stock with chuck,conductive mechanism,tail stock,welding torch mechanism,CNC axial moving mechanism,workpiece workpiece support,electric control system,welding power resource and pneumatic system.

Machine main configuration
Gantry beam is welded by square tube and steel plate, fixed on base. After plane processing, gantry beam installs guide rail. The gantry beam guide rail is placed with welding torch clamping, adjustment and the lifting mechanism, and the CNC control the place along the full-scale of the guide rail. Adjustable bracket in the middle of the body, with universal ball support. Electrical cabinet is fixed on the back of head stock
Electric System
1 The machine adopts OMRON PLC as the control core to control the execution of welding procedures. the system has good stability, simple structure and easy maintenance.
2 The rotation of the workpiece adopts Panasonic 1KW AC servo driver and AC servo motor. The motor speed can be changed by adjusting the driver. The speed is stepless and smoothly adjusted, and it can be digitally displayed in cm/Min units, with low failure rate and suitable for long-term use.
3 Using MCGS touch screen as input and output interface, welding length, arc initiation time, welding current, voltage and welding speed, moving speed, etc.
4 The welding length adopts the closed-loop detection of rotary encoder, and the position detection adopts the imported non-contact switch detection.
5 Integrated control panel box. The control buttons, touch screen, welding specification control, etc. are concentrated on one panel, which is easy to use and operate.
