The cylinder end cap three-nozzle welding machine is a specialized piece of equipment for the automated welding of cylinder end caps to multiple hydraulic nozzles (usually three). It typically employs a multi-axis coordinated motion system (such as three-axis or more), coupled with high-precision fixtures, to achieve simultaneous or sequential welding of the end cap and nozzles.   1. Manual Loading: The operator places the end cap body and three grease fittings onto the worktable and starts clamping the grease fittings.

  2. Automatic Welding: The CNC system drives the welding torches, and according to a preset program, three independent welding torches simultaneously perform circumferential welding on the three grease fittings.

  3. Cooling and Unloading: After welding, the workpiece is air-cooled. The operator removes the welded workpiece from the welding station.

  4. Cyclic Process: This cycle is repeated to achieve uninterrupted continuous production.

1.Gas-shielded welding machines for three-nozzle end caps are typically equipped with three independent welding torches for simultaneously and efficiently welding the three nozzles on the end cap. 3.The welding torches are all mounted on a dedicated rotating mechanism, which is driven by a servo motor or stepper motor to achieve precise and stable circumferential or angular rotation. During the welding process, the rotating mechanism drives the welding torch to rotate synchronously according to a preset program, ensuring that the welding position is always perpendicular to the weld seam, thereby achieving efficient and uniform welding of the circumferential joint of the end cap.

4.The welding machine's HMI (Human-Machine Interface) features an intuitive touchscreen design, allowing operators to quickly set and adjust welding parameters through a clear and concise menu. The interface primarily displays welding pressure, time, current step, and alarm information, and includes independent control and status indicators for three nozzle welding stations.
