1.The dual-nozzle welding machine is equipped with a MAG welding torch, which is suitable for gas-shielded metal arc welding (MAG) and can stably and efficiently complete nozzle welding operations. The pressure shaft, which works in conjunction with the torch, integrates a gas spring device to provide stable and adjustable pressure, ensuring the nozzle fixture is firmly clamped and guaranteeing accurate positioning and fixation of the workpiece during welding. A magnet is installed at the bottom of the nozzle fixture, using magnetic force to hold the nozzle workpiece below, preventing displacement or loosening during welding, thereby improving welding accuracy and overall process reliability.

2.The wire feeder of the MAG dual-port welding machine adopts a typical push-type wire feeding method. Its core working principle is that the wire feeding mechanism inside the welding machine body provides thrust, pushing the welding wire to the welding torch through the wire feeding hose. Because the thrust source is far away from the welding point, the welding torch is relatively lightweight and flexible, and requires less effort to operate. 

3.The reducer in a dual-oil-port welding machine mainly serves to reduce the rotational speed and increase the torque, thereby driving the rotation and up-and-down movement of the welding head. This ensures a stable welding process, uniform wire feeding, and improves the control precision of welding parameters, ultimately guaranteeing welding quality.

4.The head of the dual-oil-port welding machine is mounted on a dedicated moving track, enabling flexible and precise longitudinal displacement according to the actual length of the workpiece. Its movement is directly driven by a servo motor, and through a high-precision control system, it achieves smooth start-up, uniform speed movement, and precise stopping.

5.The V-shaped support frame on the dual-port welding machine is an auxiliary device used to support and position pipes or round steel. Its V-shaped opening design can accommodate workpieces of different diameters, ensuring stable alignment during welding and preventing rolling or shifting.

6.Japan OTC power source and wire feeder . Its arc is stable, which controls heat input for good penetration and reduced spatter and smoke. 1 set power source will go with your machine.
