I.Description

 

 

This automatic welder is an automated device used to automatically and precisely weld two oil nozzles (or oil ports, connectors) onto a single workpiece (such as a hydraulic valve block, oil tank, or housing). It combines manual feeding and positioning with automatic gripping and welding, balancing flexibility, precision, and production efficiency, and is particularly suitable for flexible production of small to medium batches and diverse product varieties.

II.Working process

 

 

 Manual Placement: The operator manually places the first oil port onto the magnetic fixture. Magnetic force quickly and accurately attracts and secures it. The operator then places the second oil port onto the feeding device. No complex clamping actions are required, making it quick and easy to learn.

 Workpiece Positioning and Clamping: The operator places the main workpiece (e.g., cylinder) to be welded onto the main fixture and activates the clamping device (potentially pneumatic or hydraulic). The fixture ensures the workpiece is absolutely stable during welding.
 Equipment Start-up: Press the start button.
 Automatic Welding:
Step 1: The welding torch moves to the oil port welding position and performs a circumferential weld on the first oil port.
Step 2: After the first oil port welding is completed, the feeding device delivers the second oil port to the fixture position, where it is magnetically attracted. The welding torch moves to the second oil port position on the workpiece and then performs a circumferential weld.
 Completion and Unloading: Welding is complete, and the fixture is released. The operator removes the welded assembly, cleans the weld slag, and prepares for the next cycle.

1.The device uses a cylinder to drive and clamp the workpiece, generating a stable clamping force to ensure that the workpiece is accurately positioned and does not loosen during welding, thereby effectively improving welding quality and consistency.

2.This nozzle welding machine uses a pneumatic clamping device, with its core clamping force derived from a gas spring rather than a traditional cylinder. The gas spring achieves rapid and stable clamping action through the elastic force generated by internal compressed gas. During the clamping process, it provides continuous and flexible pressure, which helps protect the workpiece surface and accommodates slight shape changes.

3.During the welding process, the automatic feeding device equipped with the nozzle welding machine operates continuously and precisely. As soon as one nozzle is welded, the device immediately and smoothly delivers the second nozzle to the designated position on the welding station. Then, the magnetic chuck on the fixture automatically attracts and secures the nozzle, preparing it for welding the next nozzle. The entire feeding and positioning process is seamless and orderly, effectively ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the welding operation.

4.It adopts shot-distance wire feeding mode and it adopts push-type wire feeding mode, pushing the welding wire smoothly and at a constant speed from the wire spool to the welding torch to ensure welding quality.

5.Touch screen HMI panel are used as input and output interface. Welding length, arc igniting time, arc ending time, welding voltage, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface.
