I.Main features

1. Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, it can be locked after adjustment.

2. Workpiece is positioned by special fixture and pressed by pneumatic thimble. Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.
3. Japan OMRON PLC controls the whole machine operation. Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment,to improve the reliability.
4. Japan OTC welding power source which has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure that the welding seam is even and uniform.
5. With good appearance and good quality, depth and width of fusion meet the requirement.
6. Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
7. Welding oscillating mechanism is used to weld wide and multi layer seams of hydraulic cylinder.

III.Detail images

1.Medium frequency heating:Its primary purpose is to quickly and precisely heat the area to be welded (groove) on the cylinder before welding. This process effectively removes moisture and oil from the surface of the material and, more importantly, preheats the base material to the required temperature, significantly reducing the cooling rate during welding, welding stress and hardening tendency. Ultimately, this improves weld penetration and quality, avoids defects such as cracks, and ensures the durability of the cylinder product.

2.Control system:Using PLC and CNC control system to realize the above process, improve the reliability.

3.Slag remover:The equipment is equipped with a slag remover, which can automatically remove residual slag and spatter around the weld after
welding is completed, making the weld uniform and more beautiful.

4.Oscillating mechanism:Oscillating mechanism is composed of stepper motor, ball screw and linear rail, etc. It adopts closed type structure, shielding
the process from dust and spatters. Torch oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, lifting distance, lifting
numbers can be controlled by CNC system.

5.Pneumatic tail stock :Pneumatic tail stock can be adjusted to meet the requirements of various welding. The workpiece is pneumatically pressed by
thimble, and rotates with thimble.
