I.Main features

- The support :Its core function is to accurately and stably support and position the cylinder barrel to be welded, ensuring that it maintains the correct relative position with the welding gun, thereby ensuring the stability of the welding process and the quality of the weld formation.

2.The wire feeder:The welding wire is continuously fed into the bottom of a narrow and deep groove at a constant, steady, and precise speed. The motor drives the wire feed roll to clamp and push the welding wire, ensuring a stable arc length and uniform deposited metal during welding, thus ensuring high-quality, efficient, and defect-free welding in deep and narrow grooves.

3.The welding torch: By swinging the conductive tip or the welding wire, the arc can be swung left and right. During the welding process, the penetration depth on both sides of the groove can be controlled, thereby improving the welding quality.

4.The pneumatic tailstock:It uses a pneumatic system to provide stable and adjustable clamping force, ensuring that the cylinder barrel or other long cylindrical workpiece remains precisely aligned and fixed during welding, reducing deformation and offset, thereby ensuring high-precision and high-quality formation in narrow gap welding. High-quality, efficient and defect-free welding.

5.The controlled system:PLC + Human-Machine Interface (HMI): This is the brain of the entire machine. Through the touch screen, the operator can set all parameters (welding current, voltage, speed, oscillation parameters, number of passes, etc.) and monitor the welding process in real time.
