I.Description
A five-axis CNC automatic welding machine is a highly advanced piece of automated welding equipment, integrating a mechanical system that coordinates in five directions with a sophisticated CNC system. This structure enables the welding gun to accurately approach complex three-dimensional curved welds or intersecting welds on the workpiece at any spatial angle. Through pre-programming in a computer or offline, the system precisely controls the welding gun's trajectory, posture, welding speed, and all welding parameters (such as current and voltage).

III.Welding Specification and Basic Feature
1.The workpiece rotates, welding torch moves up-down, side to side and angled turn to cooperate with workpiece. Adopt push type wire feeding mechanism to guarantee the stability of feeding wire.
2.Using PLC and 5 axis CNC control system to realize the above process, improve the reliability.
3.Pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted along, the distance is changeable, to meet welding requirement of different varieties, it can be locked after adjustment.A pneumatic tailstock is typically mounted on a machine tool's guide rail, opposite the spindle head. Compressed air propels the tailstock forward, pressing against the other end of a workpiece (such as a steel pipe or shaft). This design ensures the workpiece remains centered and stable during high-speed rotation and welding, effectively preventing deformation and vibration caused by its own weight or external forces. This provides a solid foundation for achieving high-precision, high-quality automated welding.
4.Sliding door is made of steel plate, with strong intensity. There is a inspection window on the door. Welding process can be observed in the mirror.
5. The rotary chuck is a core component responsible for clamping and precisely rotating the workpiece. It enables the welded area of circumferential welds, such as steel pipes and flanges, to be adjusted to the optimal welding position at a uniform and stable speed.
