I.Overview
In hydraulic systems, the quality of the circumferential weld between the cylinder barrel and the cylinder bottom directly determines the cylinder's pressure resistance, lifespan, and safety. The MAG cylinder circumferential welder is specifically designed for hydraulic supports, engineering machinery cylinders, and high-precision thick-walled cylinder barrels. It employs a gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process, achieving single-sided welding with double-sided forming.
This equipment solves the problems of porosity, cracks, and weld misalignment inherent in traditional manual welding. Through digital control and a high-rigidity mechanical structure, it ensures uniform weld seams and consistent penetration depth, meeting the stringent standards of high-pressure sealing.

- Welding machine bed: Constructed from high-quality carbon steel and subjected to stress-relief annealing to ensure no deformation during long-term use.

- Spindle power system: Servo motor driven, coupled with a precision reducer, providing high torque output to overcome the resistance during welding of thick-walled tubes.

- Welding execution system: Includes an oscillator, welding torch holder, and three-dimensional fine-tuning support to adapt to different weld widths.


- Electrical control system: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) + touch screen human-machine interface, capable of storing multiple sets of welding process parameters.


- Auxiliary support system: self-centering rigid roller frame or pneumatic tailstock to prevent sagging due to gravity during welding of long hydraulic cylinders.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
