1.The clamping mechanism
The clamping mechanism of this hydraulic cylinder assembly machine uses hydraulic cylinders as a power source to reliably clamp the workpiece. The equipment is equipped with two independent clamping mechanisms, both of which can slide along the guide rail to flexibly adjust the distance between them according to the workpiece length. The distance adjustment can be done manually or optionally with a motor drive to improve adjustment efficiency. After the position is determined, the clamping mechanism is locked onto the guide rail by locating pins to ensure stability during operation.
2.The piston rod propulsion fixture of this hydraulic cylinder assembly machine uses a hydraulic motor as its power source, which drives the piston rod to smoothly push it into the cylinder. During the assembly process, the roller device plays a crucial supporting role. The piston rod slides along the roller surface, which reduces frictional resistance and ensures smooth propulsion, facilitating rapid assembly.
