• It adopts a vertical welding machine tool structure. The bed is formed by welding profiles and connecting fixing plates. The bed is made of Q235 steel plate, and after heat treatment, it undergoes artificial aging to ensure sufficient rigidity and strength, making it less prone to deformation and effectively guaranteeing welding quality.
• A three-dimensional adjustment mechanism for the welding torch is configured for manual adjustment of the initial welding position. A pneumatic lifting mechanism is installed to automatically raise the welding torch. The adjustment mechanism has a tight clearance, eliminating any wobble or wobbling within its own fit. During rotation, the angle between the welding torch and the workpiece remains consistent, and the welding torch must not vibrate.
• Workpiece centering mechanism: This mechanism is mainly used to center the gas tank body and the nut, ensuring that the workpiece is basically concentric with the rotation center.

 

• The PLC main control unit is installed in the power distribution cabinet, which protects it from welding dust and electromagnetic interference. The HMI touch screen is mounted on the external operating arm, allowing operators to intuitively set welding parameters and monitor the equipment status in real time.
