1.Cross-shaped motion platform

Provides XY-axis cross-shaped movement for precise positioning of the welding torch and workpiece. High rigidity design ensures vibration-free welding, improving weld quality.

2.Welding mechanism

• TIG Welding Torch: The ceramic nozzle of the TIG welding torch is primarily used to concentrate the shielding gas (such as argon) to isolate it from air and prevent oxidation of the high-temperature tungsten electrode and the molten pool.
• Camera: A camera is installed at the welding mechanism to monitor the welding process in real time, ensuring welding quality and precision.
• Welding Nozzle Fixture: Custom-made fixture to fix the welding nozzle, conduct current or heat, and control the pressure and position during welding; The entire welding mechanism is moved by a servo motor, allowing for large or small-range movement of the crosshair.

 

 

 

3.Wire feeding mechanism

Its main structure includes a drive motor, a wire feeding wheel, and a clamping mechanism. The motor drives the wire feeding wheel to rotate, using friction to propel the welding wire forward. The performance of the wire feeder directly determines the stability of the welding process.

4.Control System
In welding equipment, a camera display screen is used to monitor the welding process in real time, assisting the operator in observing the molten pool and weld quality; the PLC, as the core controller, is responsible for logic judgment, action execution, and automated process control; the HMI provides a human-machine interface for displaying status, setting parameters, and sending commands. These three components work together to achieve precision, visibility, and controllability in the welding process.
