III.High Pressure Fuel Pipe MAG Welding Machine Structures

1.This MAG high-pressure oil pipe welding equipment adopts a compact automatic welding structure, mainly consisting of a MAG welding torch assembly, wire feeding mechanism, tooling fixtures, rotary positioning mechanism, and cylinder. The MAG welding torch performs automatic fusion welding of the high-pressure oil pipe joint and pipe body. The wire feeding reel and mechanism ensure stable wire feeding for consistent weld formation. The precision fixture enables rapid workpiece positioning and clamping, improving welding accuracy and repeatability. The lower rotary mechanism, driven by a servo, rotates the welding torch at a constant speed for continuous circumferential welding. The cylinder drives the fixture or auxiliary clamping mechanism to automatically clamp and position the workpiece before welding and release it afterward.


2.The positioning mechanism uses an AC motor as its power source, and drives the tooling to move horizontally to the left and right and vertically to the right and up through a transmission system. The left and right movement unit uses an AC motor and a reducer to achieve lateral positioning, while the up and down movement unit uses another AC motor, reducer, and lifting guide assembly to achieve vertical feeding.


3.Control System: The core control unit is an Omron PLC from Japan, paired with a matching Omron HMI (Human Machine Interface) to achieve high-precision automated control of the high-pressure oil pipe welding machine. The PLC adopts a compact, modular design, securely installed inside a sealed electrical cabinet, effectively isolating it from external interference. Through real-time calculation and logic control of welding parameters (such as current, voltage, and speed) and action timing by the PLC, combined with the intuitive dynamic screen display and parameter setting functions of the HMI, operators can easily monitor the entire welding process, adjust process recipes, and diagnose equipment status.


IV.High Pressure Fuel Pipe MAG Welding Machine Working Process
The process involves manually loading and clamping the workpiece, feeding the welding torch, supplying shielding gas, using high voltage and slow wire feeding to ignite the arc, rotating the welding torch, welding until the set length is reached, using a small current to extinguish the arc, stopping the supply of shielding gas, returning the welding torch to its origin after welding, releasing the workpiece, and manually unloading the workpiece.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
