Automatic Pipe Welding Machine To Flange
This flange welding machine is mainly used for welding the inner and outer circumferential fillet welds of straight pipe flanges. The inner and outer welds are welded separately, with automatic positioning and an adjustable welding torch angle. The welding torch completes both welds in one pass, resulting in a stable and continuous welding process with uniform and aesthetically pleasing welds, achieving the required weld depth and width.
Description
I.Main Task
1.The flange is rotated by a manual chuck to ensure that the weld position does not shift.
2.The wire feeding method uses a push-and-feed technique, resulting in a short feeding distance and stable wire feeding.
3.Using a PLC to control the entire machine ensures control accuracy and improves equipment reliability.
4.One gas shielded welding torch is used for welding the outer weld seam, and one argon arc welding torch is used for welding the inner weld seam.
4.The touchscreen serves as the input/output interface, allowing for input of parameters such as weld length and arc initiation/out time.It can also trigger alarms and provide instructions for any faults occurring during the welding process.

Manual loading → Manual workpiece installation → Inner welding torch feed → Shielding gas supply → High-voltage arc ignition → Workpiece rotation, welding inner weld → Reaching set length → Workpiece stops rotating → Low current, low voltage arc termination → Stop supplying AR gas → Inner welding torch retraction → Outer welding torch feed → Shielding gas supply → High-voltage arc ignition, slow wire feed arc ignition → Workpiece rotation, welding outer weld → Reaching set length → Workpiece stops rotating → Low current, low voltage arc termination → Stop supplying mixed gas → Outer welding torch retraction → Unloading.
