Welding Machine Application             

1. Cut off the pipe 6m or 12m into 3m length.

2. Weld flange and pipe of various sizes.

3. MIG welding type, weld double-seam at the same time.

4. Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.

Working Process        

1. The first cutting stage: put pipe on motor-driven roller which will push pipe into cutting stage.

2. After that, cylinder device will automatically push pipe to the second transportation stage. Pipe will be loaded and uplifted by air cylinders.

3. pipe will be automatically pushed to the third stage. Pipe will be automatically fixed in welding machine. Machine will weld pipe and flange automatically.

4. The last cylinder device will push pipe and flange, and unload it to the products stand.
