II.Shock absober mounting plate welding machine Structures
1.Tooling Positioning and Clamping System:
Clamps: Specifically designed for shock absorber mounting plates, using a cylinder-driven linkage mechanism or pneumatic grippers for positioning to ensure the coaxiality and positional accuracy of the mounting plate and the oil reservoir.
Clamping Mechanism: Prevents workpiece deformation and displacement due to heat during welding.
2.Welding Actuator:
Welding torch adjustment bracket: Features two-dimensional adjustment (up/down and left/right), and can adjust the welding torch angle to achieve welds at different angles.
The entire welding actuator is driven by a cylinder to rise and fall.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
