1.This structure uses a servo motor to drive a reducer, causing the rollers on the material support to rotate actively, thereby driving the workpiece to achieve precise and adjustable speed rotation. Its core functions include: integrated support and drive, enabling automatic workpiece rotation during circumferential and straight seam welding, ensuring a stable welding trajectory and uniform speed. 

2.This welding machine adopts a dual-rail independent drive design, with a welding torch mounted on each of the two linear guide rails, and its movement precisely controlled by a servo motor. Through servo drive, the two welding torches can move independently or collaboratively along the guide rails, accurately reaching the welding position, flexibly switching between and performing straight seam and circumferential seam welding operations, realizing a highly flexible and high-precision automated welding process 

3.This welding machine integrates a high-definition miniature camera at the welding torch location, capable of capturing clear images of weld formation and molten pool status in real time. The video signal is transmitted to a monitor via cable. Operators can remotely monitor the stability of the welding process without close observation, promptly identifying defects such as undercut and weld misalignment, and making adjustments accordingly. 

4.The independent and movable control panel allows operators to flexibly adjust its position according to workstation requirements. The panel integrates the core control functions for dual-gun circumferential and straight seam welding. Through a clear button or touch interface, welding speed, current, voltage, and oscillation parameters can be set separately, and one-button switching between circumferential and straight welding modes is supported.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
