The other torch is a MAG torch, featuring continuous wire feeding and inert gas protection, offering fast welding speeds and high deposition efficiency, ideal for applications requiring high weld strength. The two torches are integrated and linked within the system, enabling simultaneous collaborative welding of different workpiece locations or the same weld seam.

Its simple structure and rapid response ensure a stable relative position between the welding torch and the workpiece during welding. The servo motor, as a high-precision drive core, enables precise programmed control of the welding torch's rotation or linear feed motion through the control system. It possesses excellent speed regulation performance and position repeatability, strictly guaranteeing the uniformity of welding speed and the consistency of the circumferential weld trajectory.

The main body of the material support frame achieves rapid positioning through the cylinder, adapting to the positioning and fixing needs of workpieces of different specifications; at the same time, its lifting function is controlled by the jack through a precision screw drive, allowing for millimeter-level fine height adjustment to ensure that the workpiece is always in the optimal working position during the welding process.

After clamping, a servo motor integrated in the spindle box drives the spindle and the clamped workpiece to rotate precisely, cooperating with the welding head to complete high-quality double-ring seam welding. The entire system achieves fast and reliable clamping and releasing via cylinders, while the guide rail ensures rigidity and straightness during movement.

II. Working process
1. Loading: The operator places the workpiece to be welded on the dedicated support rack.
2. Positioning and Clamping: Pressing the foot switch automatically closes the pneumatic clamp, precisely securing the workpiece. Once the workpiece is clamped, the cylinder lowers the support rack, separating it from the workpiece.
3. Starting Welding: Select the corresponding program on the touchscreen and press the start button.
Welding Execution: The TIG/MAG welding torch moves to the welding position according to the pre-programmed sequence. The torch is fixed, and the workpiece rotates. The two torches work independently, with one torch operating at a time to complete the circumferential weld.
4. Completion and Unloading: After welding, the torch returns to its original position, the support rack receives the completed workpiece, and the clamp automatically opens. The operator removes the welded workpiece.
