This equipment is mainly used for ring welding of gas cylinder nuts. It adopts TIG gas shielded welding method. The workpiece is fixed and the welding gun rotates to achieve welding of the workpiece. The workpiece is clamped vertically.

- Welding torch and workpiece centering mechanism
The welding torch is equipped with a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism for manual adjustment of its initial welding position. A pneumatic lifting mechanism enables automatic lifting of the torch; the adjustment mechanism has a tight clearance, eliminating any wobble due to its own fit. During rotation, the angle between the welding torch and the workpiece remains consistent, and the torch must not vibrate.(fixture can be customized)
Workpiece centering mechanism: This mechanism is mainly used to center the gas tank body and the nut, ensuring that the workpiece is basically concentric with the center of rotation.


- Electrical control cabinet
This electrical control cabinet uses a PLC as its core, coupled with a touch screen and servo drives, to achieve digital setting and precise control of welding parameters. The main control circuit within the cabinet is separated and equipped with multiple protections including short circuit, overload, and emergency stop, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The operation panel supports one-click recall and parameter storage for programs of various nut specifications, facilitating quick production changes.
