III.Machine structure
1.The workpiece is fixed by the rotary chuck, and supported by bracket of rolling wheels. Rolling wheels ensures that it is flexible and convenient to load and unload cylinder. Distance between brackets can be adjusted according to workpiece length.


2.This dual-gun submerged arc welding machine is equipped with a high-precision spindle drive system and a movable clamping mechanism. The spindle box integrates a servo motor, which can accurately drive the chuck to rotate the workpiece smoothly. At the same time, a ejector pin is installed on the traveling tailstock on the other side. It can move flexibly and work in conjunction with the chuck to firmly clamp the workpiece from both sides, thereby ensuring that the weldment is always kept in an ideal horizontal position during the welding process, providing a reliable guarantee for high-quality and high-efficiency circumferential welding.


3.This valve controls the forward and backward movement of the cylinder. When the valve is raised, the cylinder moves backward, allowing the welding torch to move left and right on the crossbeam. When the torch reaches the welding position, the valve is pressed down, causing the cylinder to move. The cylinder then moves the stop block forward, fixing it to the crossbeam, thus fixing the welding torch in a fixed position for welding.


4.The hopper:Its primary function is to store and continuously deliver flux to the welding area. This flux covers the arc and weld pool during welding, effectively preventing air intrusion and oxidation and nitridation, significantly improving the quality and density of the weld. It also stabilizes the arc, reduces spatter, and improves the appearance of the weld.

5.The welding torch:Its primary function is to continuously and stably guide the welding wire from the wire feed mechanism to the weld zone, conducting the high welding current to the wire tip during this process. The end of the welding gun is also responsible for delivering flux, evenly coating the arc in front of it, thus forming a protective layer during welding, ensuring stable arc combustion and producing high-quality welds.
