1.  Cylindrical Rolling Forming

2.  Longitudinal Seam Welding of the Cylindrical Shell

Process Description: This process involves the automated welding of the longitudinal butt joints of the rolled cylindrical shell. Highly efficient welding methods such as gas shielded welding are typically employed to ensure the longitudinal seam is formed in one pass, resulting in a smooth, strong, and defect-free weld. This is a crucial step in ensuring the pressure-bearing capacity of the cylindrical shell.

3.  Circumferential Seam Welding

Process Description: This is the core step in connecting the cylinder to the end caps.

Double Circumferential Seam Welding Machine: Can simultaneously weld the circumferential seams at both ends of the cylinder, offering extremely high efficiency. Suitable for mass production, it perfectly ensures the symmetry and quality consistency of the welds at both ends.

4.  Welding of Accessories
