I. Automatic Welder Machine Design Requirement

1. Do not need spot welding in advance. 

2. Workpiece can be finished installation at once. The process needs stable and continuous welding.Melting thickness and width reach working requirement. With uniform and smooth welding appearance.

II. Basic Specification:

1. Welding torch will move up and down in the angled position.

2. Workpiece is clamped by pneumatic rotary chuck, make sure that it will not have welding seam shift.

3. Automatic welder machine is with high welding voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine is also with low welding voltage and low welding current for filling crater.

4. Machine adopts push-type wire feeding, which guarantees stable feeding.

5. PLC controls the whole machine. The speed adjustment of workpiece rotation is controlled by AC servo driver, stepless variation,improve running reliability of machine.

6. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.

III. Machine Structure:

1. Machine adopts closed type structure.

2. It consists of machine body,rotation mechanism, fixture positioning mechanism,torch forward and backward mechanism, torch clamping &adjustment&pneumatic lifting mechanism,electrical control system, welding power source and pneumatic system.
