1.Welding head:

This TIG welding torch features a water-cooled design and is equipped with pneumatic vertical actuation for precise up-and-down movement. The torch head offers multi-axis adjustability, including vertical elevation, horizontal lateral shifting, and full angular rotation. Its torch body is constructed from high-grade ceramic material for superior thermal insulation and durability.

2.Wire feeder

This system employs a precision drive structure, enabling accurate control of the wire feeding speed and synchronous linkage with the TIG welding current to ensure a continuous and stable welding process. The wire feeder operates smoothly and is less prone to wire jamming, making it particularly suitable for aluminum alloy welding applications requiring high wire feeding uniformity.

 

3.This welding equipment features an iron lining design, primarily used for back support and heat dissipation during the TIG straight seam welding process of aluminum gas cylinders. Due to the rapid thermal conductivity of aluminum and the high requirements for molten pool control, the iron lining possesses excellent thermal conductivity and thermal stability, effectively absorbing and dispersing welding heat to prevent localized overheating and deformation.

Primarily optimized for aluminum alloys, it can also support welding of some stainless steel materials upon request.

Q3: Can different diameter air tanks be customized?

Yes, the equipment fixtures and track system can be customized.

Q4: Is operation complicated?

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
