Important: Maximum diameter and maximum welding length may not be available simultaneously for every workpiece. The usable range depends on the tank structure, loading method, fixture design, joint position and welding process.

The welding carriage moves along the longitudinal joint at a controlled speed. Travel length, speed range and welding-torch adjustment are configured according to the required weld.

Welding Power Source Integration

The welding package is selected or integrated according to the material, thickness, joint preparation and required weld quality. Customers may provide a preferred power-source brand or request a recommendation from HAOYU.Welding brands available (Panasonic, Autotech, OTC, Fornix, Kelda, Megmeet ,ect).

Depending on the specifications of your workpiece and the welding requirements of your customers, different welding processes such as MAG/MIG, TIG, and Laser are used, and therefore different welding torches are employed.

These are the maximum values of the reference configuration. HAOYU must review the complete workpiece dimensions, weight, joint location and loading method before confirming that both limits can be achieved together.
