I.Welding Workpiece

1.Workpiece length: 620mm-1000mm

2.Workpiece diameter: 508mm

3.Thickness: 4.75mm and 6.35mm

4.Applicable material: steel and stainless steel

5.MIG /TIG welding in the inside of tube / tank

6.To complete the automatic inner longitudinal seam welding of pipe/tube. Make sure that the form is uniform and has a good appearance, depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement. Choose shielding gas.Oscillating torch will weld the whole welding seam.

II.Equipment Feature 

1.Welding torch moves forward-backward along with welding seam. Workpiece is fixed, the welding position is horizontal.

2.Workpiece is clamped and positioned by fixture.

3.PLC to control the whole operation. The rotation speed of workpiece is adjusted by A/C inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability of equipment.

4.The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, the parameter modification and status switch can be conveniently reached.

5.Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn to meet welding requirement.

Machine body adopts welded body. Machine base is welded by square tube and steel plate. It will choose annealing heat treatment after welding. Column and boom, rotation axis box and end face positioning mechanism are installed in machine base. Machine is composite of body, torch CNC movement mechanism, workpiece clamping mechanism,workpiece Workpiece gap clearance mechanism, torch oscillating mechanism, torch 3-dimension fine adjustment,electrical  control system, welding power source and hydraulic pressure system.
