This equipment uses a precision mechanical structure to clamp the workpiece, and a traveling mechanism drives the welding torch to automatically complete the welding of straight seams. • High precision and high stability: The equipment typically uses a PLC or dedicated welding controller, coupled with a precision linear guide mechanism, to ensure stable welding torch movement, thereby guaranteeing the straightness and width uniformity of the weld. Parameters such as welding current and travel speed can be precisely set, ensuring high reproducibility of weld quality during mass production.
• High degree of automation: Equipped with automatic arc initiation and termination control, effectively avoiding crater cracks. Through controller settings, the entire welding cycle can be completed automatically, reducing reliance on manual operation skills.
• Wide applicability: Not only suitable for welding thin plates for cookware, but also, by adjusting tooling and parameters, for straight seam welding of medium and thick plates for pressure vessels, water tanks, etc.
• Good back-side forming effect: Usually equipped with a copper backing (with forming groove) and a back-side shielding gas device, ensuring a beautiful back-side weld formation and preventing oxidation, achieving a single-sided welding with double-sided forming effect.

1.This TIG welding machine is equipped with a back shielding gas system. Its core function is to provide inert gas protection to the back side (root) of the weld during welding, shielding it from harmful gases such as oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Through the back shielding gas system, a stable localized protective gas atmosphere can be formed on the back side of the weld, ensuring that the root weld receives the same metallurgical protection as the front side, thus achieving the effect of single-sided welding with double-sided forming.

2.We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage.

3.Easy assembly and fixation. Tank is centrally positioned and clamped by square core axis and pneumatic pressure plate. Cylinder/tank is centrally positioned by pneumatic pin.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
