• Welding torch

The wire feed mechanism continuously feeds the welding wire while simultaneously injecting a shielding gas.
Suitable for high-speed welding of medium-thick plates, such as carbon steel and stainless steel.

• Drive device

Drive device includes servo motor, straight rack & pinion and linear guide way.

• Pneumatic cylinders

The cylinder is a key pneumatic actuator in a straight seam welder. It is mainly used to drive the clamp, clamping mechanism, welding gun lifting and other actions to

ensure the precise positioning and stable clamping of the workpiece during the welding process. Its core function is to provide stable and adjustable mechanical pressure

or displacement, which directly affects the welding quality and efficiency.

• Wire feeder

The wire feeder continuously feeds the welding wire from the wire reel into the welding gun/welding head, melting it synchronously with the arc to form a weld.

Uniform wire feeding can maintain a stable arc length and reduce defects such as spatter and porosity.
