Description

I.Main uses

Plate welding: such as the splicing of stainless steel plates, carbon steel plates, and aluminum alloy plates.
Pipe longitudinal seam welding: such as straight seam welding of round tubes, square tubes, and rectangular tubes.
Profile welding: such as straight seam welding of H-shaped steel, U-shaped channel steel, box beams and other structural parts.

II.Equipment composition

Component	Functional Description
Welding host	It includes welding head, walking mechanism (gantry or cantilever), clamps, etc. to ensure that the welding gun moves stably in a straight line.

III.Workflow

Plate/tube positioning: Fix the workpiece by a clamp or clamping device to ensure flat joint.
Torch alignment: Adjust the height and angle of the torch to align the weld starting point.
Automatic welding: The torch moves at a constant speed along a straight line to complete single or multi-pass welding.
Cooling inspection: Check the weld quality after welding is completed (such as X-ray flaw detection, penetration inspection).
