The YDGD-6000 is an integrated 6000W robotic laser cladding cell designed for programmable, multi-angle and batch processing of agricultural tools. It combines a six-axis robot, powder-fed laser cladding system and centralized control platform in one customizable workstation.

Robotic Laser Cladding for Agricultural Tools
The YDGD-6000 is designed for agricultural tools with curved edges, inclined surfaces, irregular profiles or multiple cladding positions.
Unlike a dedicated fixed-position machine, the six-axis robot can approach the workpiece from different directions and follow programmed cladding paths. This provides greater flexibility when processing different tool models on the same workstation.
The cell integrates robot motion, laser output, powder feeding, cooling and process monitoring into one control platform.
