I.Working process

 

1.Loading: The operator places the nozzles to be welded in batches into the loading area.

2.Grasping: The robot moves to the loading area, and the end fixture accurately grabs a nozzle workpiece.

3.Transport and positioning: The robot transports the nozzle to the welding workbench and accurately aligns the nozzle's welded area with the welding gun according to the preset program.

4.Welding: The welder is started and the robot may remain stationary or move with the nozzle along a pre-set welding path to complete a high-quality weld.

5.Cooling and unloading: After welding is completed, the robot moves the welded oil nozzle to the unloading area.

6.Placing the finished product: The robot releases the clamp and places the finished oil nozzle in the designated position.

7.Cycle: The robot immediately returns to the loading area and starts the next work cycle.

1.Industrial robots

Function: Responsible for grabbing the oil nozzle workpiece to be welded from the material rack, moving it accurately to the welding position, and keeping it stable or moving in orbit during the welding process. After welding is completed, the finished product is placed in the designated area.

2.Welding machine

Type: According to the material and process requirements of the oil nozzle, this equipment adopts the gas shielded welding method.

Relationship with the robot: The welding machine is connected to the robot through a communication interface, accepts instructions from the robot control system, and realizes synchronous operations such as start and stop, parameter adjustment, etc.

Role: The robot's "hand."

Function: This fixture is custom-designed for the grease nozzle, reliably holding it. It typically features clamping and releasing functions to prevent the workpiece from loosening or falling out during high-speed movement and welding.
