Ⅰ. Product Introduction

Gas tank circumferential seam automatic welding machine is an automatic equipment dedicated to the circumferential seam welding of gas tank cylinder, which is controlled by PLC or numerical control system to achieve precise alignment, automatic rotation and continuous welding. The equipment has the characteristics of fast welding speed, beautiful forming and good sealing, and is suitable for circumferential seam welding of cylindrical workpieces such as liquefied gas tanks and pressure vessels. Equipped with gas shielding devices (e.g. TIG/MIG welding) to ensure high weld strength, no porosity, and meet industry safety standards. It is easy to operate and can be adapted to different diameters and thicknesses of gas tanks to improve production efficiency and welding quality.

Loading the workpiece to the V-brackets manually - clamping the workpiece pneumatically - welding torch going down - supplying shielding gas - completing the given welding length - welding torch lifting up - V-brackets lifting up - pneumatically returning back - unloading the workpiece
