Welding Machine Application

1. Welding machine for vertical standards and pins.

2. There are 18pcs welding torch: 6pcs for cups and 12pcs for pins.

3. MIG welding with wire feeder..

4. Automatically loading and unloading.  

5. The assembly and cup welding stage--Fix the components in located jig and fixture. Automatically load the pipe through cup.

6. The pin welding stage: pipe and cup will be automatically moved to the pin welding stage. Pipe will be loaded and uplifted by adjustable support, and held by pneumatic thimble. 30pcs pins can be stored in pin holder in advance.

7. The last cylinder device will push pipe and unload it to the storage stand.
