I.Main functions

• Annular weld welding: specially designed for the circumferential seam of drill-type workpieces, to achieve high-precision circumferential seam butt welding (such as the connection between the drill body and the threaded end).
• Automated welding: supports automatic clamping, rotation, and welding to ensure uniform welds, suitable for mass production.

II.Core components

• Welding power source: usually TIG (argon arc welding), plasma welding or laser welding, selected according to the material (such as alloy steel, cemented carbide).
• Rotating mechanism: servo motor or stepper motor drives the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed to match the welding speed.
• Clamping and positioning device: high-precision fixture ensures the concentricity of the workpiece and avoids welding offset.
