1.The welding torch rotates,the DC motor drives the welding torch to rotate, the workpiece is fixed, and the welding position is horizontal,and welding torch can be adjusted up and down by cylinder driven.

2.The welding torch uses a short-distance wire push method for stable wire feeding. The welding gun can be adjusted vertically, horizontally, and angularly. The welding gun uses a cross-shaped fine adjustment mechanism for precise adjustment, high positioning accuracy, and tight adjustment.

3.Control System

• Machine adopts the Japanese OMRON PLC machine as the control core to control the execution of each welding procedure. Stability system , simple structure and easy to maintenance.

• The welding head rotation is driven by DC motor, the speed is steplessly adjusted smoothly, and the failure rate is low, which is suitable for long-term use.

• Using touch screen as the input and output interface. Welding length,arc starting time, arc ending time and welding speed can all be input through the interface.

• The welding start point is automatically detected, and automatically returned to the original position after welding.

• Integrated control panel box. The control button, touch screen and welding specification control are concentrated on one panel, which is convenient to use and operate. The adjustment of each action has both manual and automatic functions.
