I.Air Tank Double Circumferential Seam Automatic Welding Machine Main Features
- The TIG welding method with filler wire protection is used to simultaneously weld two circumferential seams. The workpiece is placed horizontally, the welding torch is fixed, and the workpiece rotates to complete the welding.
- The end cap double circumferential seam welding machine uses a dual-torch automatic welding method. The workpiece is initially positioned by a pneumatic support, and the machine head and pneumatic tailstock are used to tighten and position the axis. Rotating the machine head drives the workpiece to rotate, and the welding torch is positioned to complete the welding.
- The main control unit is a programmable logic controller (PLC), and the PLC is an OMRON product.

III.Air Tank Double Circumferential Seam Automatic Welding Machine Structures
1.The rotary head consists of a housing, a drive AC variable frequency motor, a reducer, and other systems. The drive uses an AC geared motor, providing high-precision speed feedback and smooth return speed. The relative position between the rotary head and the tailstock can be manually adjusted using a lead screw according to the workpiece length, and manually locked.

2.Pneumatic tailstock clamping: The pneumatic tailstock clamping is installed on the right side of the bed guide rail and is driven by a cylinder, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Its relative position to the rotating head can be adjusted according to the workpiece length, and it can be manually locked.

3.Manual 3D micro-adjustment mechanism: Mounted and fixed on the slider of the welding torch lifting mechanism, it adopts a rectangular groove slider lead screw nut moving structure for micro-adjustment and angle adjustment of the welding torch in the X, Y, and Z directions to ensure alignment with the weld seam. The micro-adjustment dimensions in the X, Y, and Z directions are all ±50mm. The micro-adjustment mechanism has tight clearance and there should be no wobble due to its own fit. The welding torch angle must be consistent with the workpiece.

4.Crossbeam guide rail and moving slide: The crossbeam mechanism consists of two columns and a crossbeam, with linear guide columns at both ends. These guide columns allow adjustment of the position of the left and right machine heads fixed to the upper end of the crossbeam to meet different welding position requirements. Manual locking is available.
