The machine is equipped with two welding torches: one TIG welding torch and one MAG gas-shielded welding torch. Different welding processes can be selected according to the material, joint structure and welding requirements of the workpiece.

 

By combining two welding processes on one welding system, the equipment provides a flexible solution for cylinder circumferential seam welding, repair welding and wear-resistant overlay welding.

 

This equipment is mainly used for welding pipes, hydraulic cylinders, flanges, and other workpieces.

• Customized tooling is provided according to workpiece specifications (diameter, length, material). A three-jaw chuck clamps the hydraulic cylinder-driven workpiece and rotates it. A pneumatic tailstock, propelled by a cylinder, holds the workpiece in place, ensuring concentricity during rotation.

• Two welding torches, one TIG welding torch and one MAG welding torch, can be selected according to the needs of welding.

 

• The adjustable and movable V-shaped material support frame allows for flexible adaptation to hydraulic cylinders of different pipe diameters and lengths.
