The fused wire and fused powder surfacing machine is an automated welding device used for strengthening and repairing metal surfaces. It forms a high-wear-resistant alloy layer on the workpiece surface through a combination of fused wire and fused powder welding. It is widely used for the repair and strengthening of hydraulic cylinders, shafts in engineering machinery, rollers, and other workpieces.

1. Main Frame System

4. Welding Torch System
