Automatic TIG Internal Bore Cladding/Overlay Machine

Our TIG internal bore welding machine is a highly automated welding device designed specifically for the inner walls of various pipe fittings, valves, and pump bodies. This system integrates advanced TIG technology, enabling the deposition of a high-performance alloy material onto the inner surface of the substrate, significantly improving the workpiece's wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

Taking horizontal internal pipe cladding machine as an example.

1. Mechanical Motion System: This is the skeleton of the equipment, responsible for precisely controlling the movement of the workpiece and welding torch.

• Welding Manipulator/Platform: Used to mount and precisely move the welding torch, achieving vertical lifting, horizontal extension and retraction, and lateral oscillation. It typically employs a precision transmission system using a servo motor and ball screw.
• Positioner/Rotating Head: Responsible for clamping the workpiece (such as pipes or valves) and rotating it precisely at a set speed. It usually includes a high-precision chuck and is driven by a servo motor.

2.Welding Power Supply and Process System: This is the core of the equipment, providing high-quality welding energy and filler material.

• TIG Welding Power Supply: Typically uses a pulsed or hot-wire dedicated power supply to ensure arc stability.
• Automatic Wire Feeding Mechanism: Precisely controls the wire feed speed and direction to adapt to different welding positions.
• Deep Hole/Internal Hole Welding Torch: A specially designed slender welding torch that can penetrate deep into the workpiece; partially flexible to adapt to the inner wall of an elbow.
• Circulating Water Cooling System: Used to cool the welding torch and high-power welding power supply, ensuring stable operation of the equipment over extended periods.

3.Control System and Sensors: These are the "brain" and "eyes" of the equipment, ensuring the precision and reliability of the welding process.

• Digital Control System (PLC): The core control unit, typically equipped with a touchscreen human-machine interface for parameter presetting, storage, and retrieval.
