• During spiral hardfacing, the chuck is the core clamping component of the welder. Its primary function is to securely hold and rotate the workpiece being repaired. Its powerful clamping force ensures precise centering and stable radial runout during high-speed rotation, ensuring a uniform and continuous weld deposit. It is a key component in achieving high-quality, efficient, and automated hardfacing.

•  In spiral cladding equipment, the MAG welding torch is primarily responsible for precisely directing the electrical energy from the welding power source and the welding wire provided by the wire feed mechanism to the workpiece surface. The MAG welding gun ensures stable arc combustion, resulting in an efficient and high-quality alloy cladding layer, enhancing the workpiece surface's wear and corrosion resistance.

• The wire feeder is responsible for delivering the welding wire from the wire reel to the welding area stably, continuously and accurately. It clamps and pushes the welding wire through one or more pairs of wire feed rollers to ensure that the wire feeding speed strictly matches the welding parameters.
