ⅠMachine function and features

1.This machine use high speed cladding technology to meet the coating manufacturing and rapid repair application requirements of various workpiece surface with high efficiency, low cost, and green It is environmentally friendly and can prepare a strengthened layer with extremely low dilution rate and much higher bonding strength than electroplating. It is mainly used in coal mining, machinery manufacturing, printing industry, food industry and other fields.

2. high-speed laser cladding changes the interaction process between the laser and the powder to melt or semi-melt the powder on the molten pool, and at the same time melt the matrix and rapidly solidify with the matrix to form a metallurgically combined surface coating.

3.During the cladding external surface of Shaft or piston rod ,the workpiece is rotate ,and the laser head is drive by motor to weld one circle and one circle until weld all the surface as setting on Touch screen.Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by servo motor , stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.

4.the moving cross mechanism or robot with can move on Liner guide rail drive by servo motor ,can cladding any position and any length on machine bed

5.The servo bus control system is adopted, and the worktable is made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron materials to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine tool.

6.The high-speed rotating headstock adopts stepless speed change design, which is simple and quick to operate. It has a follow-up powder receiving tray design, which is convenient for quick powder collection.

7.Independently researched and developed high-power fiber laser equipped with high-speed laser cladding head and high-speed laser cladding nozzle, which can achieve high-efficiency and high-precision cladding processing of workpieces

III Laser Cladding Applications

1. Hydraulic support cylinder

Function: Improve the hardness of the piston rod and increase the wear resistance;

The unilateral thickness of the laser cladding layer is 0.8-1.4mm. After cladding, rough turning, grinding and light-splitting treatment, the final size of the unilateral cladding layer is 0.5-0.7mm.

2. Coal pick type

Function: improve hardness and increase wear resistance;
