1.The cross-shaped traveling axis equipped on the mixing chamber welding machine is the core motion mechanism for achieving automated welding. The welding torch is precisely mounted at the end of this mechanism, and driven by a servo system, the cross-shaped traveling axis can move the welding torch in a precise two-dimensional planar trajectory across the complex curved surface of the mixing chamber.

3.The control panel of the internal mixing chamber welding machine is the core operation and monitoring center of the entire equipment. It typically uses a user-friendly touchscreen interface, integrating all the control functions required for automated welding. Operators can intuitively set and adjust a series of key process parameters through the panel, such as welding speed, welding current and voltage, wire feed speed, oscillation amplitude and frequency, as well as preheating and interpass temperature. The panel dynamically displays the status of each actuator, welding trajectory, fault alarm information, and equipment operation log in real time, ensuring the stability and transparency of the welding process.
