I.Description
The spiral automatic welder is a type of automated welding equipment specifically designed for producing spiral welds. 1.The core function of the spiral welding machine chuck is to accurately center and stably support the steel tube being formed. During the welding process, the steel tube rotates at a constant speed as the chuck rotates. This not only ensures the continuous forming and welding of the spiral weld, but more importantly, it avoids radial runout or axial movement of the tube body, thereby ensuring uniformity and high welding quality of the weld.
2.Control system: With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the core and integrated with human-machine interface (HMI), it realizes parameter setting, motion control, status monitoring and fault alarm.
3.The primary function of a support is to stably support the plates to be welded. It precisely supports the plates during the welding process, keeping their butt edges aligned and flat, ensuring a straight and even weld. This effectively prevents welding defects caused by plate sagging or misalignment, and is a crucial auxiliary device for ensuring welding quality and production efficiency.
4.TIG water cooled welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. The body of welding torch is ceramic.
5.The machine head will move left and right on the track according to the length of the workpiece, so as to meet the needs of workpieces of different lengths.
